He explores the creation of the agency by Allan Pinkerton, its rise to prominence by saving President Abraham Lincoln, its hiring of women and minorities during a time when it wasn't a common practice, the successes of Kate Warne, one of its top agents, and the many controversies the agency has found itself in, including the most recent one involving Youtuber oldschoolmtg.
